Returns for Replacement/Exchange

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the product, you may request an exchange or replacement within 3 days from the date of receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. 

Kindly include your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you via email to confirm its arrival. You will also be informed whether your exchange or replacement has been approved or denied.

If your request is approved, we will process the replacement or exchange and provide you with further updates.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please send it to our provided address.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. 

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
